Fill out your health history including all current supplements and medications — this ensures everything is factored accurately into your test results.
Your Tests are ordered
Once payment is received, our staff completes the lab requisition and orders your MRT test kit, your 3x4 Genetics Test and your DUTCH Test (if applicable). Expect it within 3–4 business days.
Complete and return your MRT blood draw
Use the link we send to book a blood draw at a local lab or with a mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home. Return the sample using the prepaid packaging. The lab takes 2–3 weeks to process.
Complete and return your genetics swab
We register the kit for you. Simply swab the inside of your cheek, place it in the tube, seal it, and drop it at any FedEx or shipping location using the prepaid envelope.
Complete standard blood work
If you haven't had bloodwork done in the last 3 months, we'll provide a prescription. Schedule it at your convenience at any local lab.
Collect your DUTCH Plus samples at home
Follow the instructions included with your kit to collect your urine and saliva samples throughout the day, including samples used to measure your cortisol awakening response.
Package and return your samples
Once you've completed your collection, place the samples in the provided packaging and return them to the laboratory using the prepaid shipping materials included with your kit.
Your DUTCH Plus results are analyzed
The laboratory analyzes your urine and saliva samples to provide detailed information about your sex hormones, hormone metabolites, cortisol patterns, and cortisol awakening response.
Results arrive — we schedule your consultation
As soon as all results are in, our team reaches out to book your appointment with Dr. Koffler to review everything together.
